its all 5 years old RS and hardly worthy of mention...in fact I sent it to members of freemyfc for a larf and thats what it is and its all been on zillions of websites so many times its now boring old hat...

the disappointing thing is the made up reresentation of events at Hx but then football is not his cup of tea whereas paying a nominal sum of 35 quid to get 13 months of trolling fun on forums is...the man is widely revilled across a spectrum of forums and his days are numbered as a myfc poster who has any cred...(mind you that would apply to a few of them grin )

you disappoint me somewhat also RS ...it was not so long ago you were thanking me heartily for a donation to the fleet and sending me all of allstars private emails and now you resort to sly digs on here....

nothing changes does it....smile

It's like the last days of Stalin. All the secret police splitting off into various factions while blurring the boundaries with loose alliances and knives ready to be plunged into backs.

The question is, who will triumph? The disgruntled politburo of FreeMyFCski led by Comrades Darter and Urchinski, the existing KGB authorities at MyFC or the people's soviet of Fans Focus fronted by Secretary Allstars?

It's very exciting.

Watch out for Secretary Allstars, vodka is cheap in Moscow at the moment and it is rumoured that as a result, he is planning to take us on on a second front - he may be overextending himself ... coolsmoke laugh

Secretary Allstars only drinks Guinness... if anything he is the leader of an Irish Paramilitairy group...

Also, Darter, loving your signature, Loyalty above all? How many clubs are you newly loyal to this week?

UU , I am not resorting to sly digs. It was a fact that the site in question which is obviously contains old news and is indeed not accurate was published.

It is also a fact that the emails were sent and I admit that. It is also a fact that our email account was hacked and is currently being investgated. The emails were not harrys private ones they were in my email box and that issue has now been resolved between Harry and I.

Karl , If you do ever come to Stonebridge Road , I am more than happy to discuss my opinions of MYFC , EUFC and Fleet Trust with you over a pint of beer.

Dave EUFC, my signature has been there a while. I believe passionately in personal loyalty, the kind of loyalty where you have a few people whom you could and would trust with your life. It's the sort of loyalty where actions speak louder than words. I have experienced it and I try to show it to a few people who mean the world to me. THAT's what I mean by loyalty.

I am interested in your comments though. I am also interested in following the fortunes of a couple of non-league clubs and of Manchester United. When I have been at Stonebridge Road I have seen people there in Arsenal shirts, in Spurs shirts, in West Ham shirts. Is that OK then?? Does no-one on this forum take an interest in any other club?? You are very unusual if that is the case.

That must make me most unusual then.

I see what you are saying on the personal side but you are opening yourself up for ridicule on here when you say 'Loyalty above all'.

Since November last year when I first 'virtually' met you, you have expressed an interest in Exeter, Man Utd, The Fleet, Hornchurch and Edgware and seem to move from one to another with as much grace as Berbatov.

Was it your dream as a girl to get involved with Edgware?

That to me is not particularly loyal at all.

You are a football butterfly.

RS thank you for your offer and I am sure we shall have the drink..I know you are a good guy and we'll leave it at that....

cannot understand this nonsense about loyalty and sals siggie....she obviously refers to personal loyalty and I agree with that and in my book there is nowt wrong with having an interest in several clubs...

I have always done that and I don't think anyone could doubt my affection or loyalty to HX..most people have several clubs in their affections and indeed have supported several clubs in their time....its a bit like saying that new supporters are not as important as long standing ones....there is a counter argument thats says that the new ones are perhaps more important

my current football interests (in order of importance to me)

Hx

seagulls (brighton variety)

margate

man U

freemyfc

edgware project

fleets well being...

dog and duck fc

I disagree with that dave and thats one of the huge problems with non league clubs today...they and their fans do not do enough to encourage people to pay to watch them....

we live in an internet age where information.. gossip.. spam and instant satisfaction is desired by the paying public and they have lots of choices....tribal loyalty to a football club is a thing of the past and we all have to work harder to get our required share of that unsettled.. drifting.. inquisitive and demanding paying public....

look at your own gates....nowhere near as high as they need to be and if you have enough band wagon jumpers come february you will be safe for another year...if the band wagon jumpers desert you for pastures new then you'd better get out on the streets and find some new ones....

I stood on the terraces once on a cold december evening some while ago at a midlands NL club with my pie and my bovril and listened intently to a couple of old stagers complaining about the rise in the crowd from 80 average to 120 for a vase game....it struck me that those floaters that had appeared that night could very well become regulars if they were treated correctly at their chosen place of enjoyment that night....I sadly noticed that the club in question collapsed a year later...

next saturday we shall have quite a few band wagon jumpers at the bridge for our fa cup game...we shall treat them well and look after them and welcome them and hope that we can keep them...we certainly won't be complaining about them being band wagon jumpers...smile

Obviously for you it is Unc. It seems that you pick and choose what has happened in the past.

I feel that many on here would disagree with your statment.

I am not suddenly going to start supporting Hornchurch, Chelmsford or Canvey as an example.

When I lived away from Gravesend, I didn't start 'supporting' the team where I was.

All depends on ones definition of 'loyalty' really.

Jeff you are displaying a certain bumptiousness. You follow the Fleet and no-one else at all. You never look at any other team's results on a Saturday. That is what you do - this is what I do. And it does indeed depend on your definition of loyalty. And it is because I am so fervent about personal loyalty that my life is as it is right now. And that will mean nothing to those who don't know me.

Loyalty Above All - don't turn your back on your friends, put yourself in the firing line for them. People who were supposed to be my friends in real life stabbed me in the back on MyFC. Others have remained true and supportive and caring. And that is what I mean by loyalty.

I moved from Gravesend 20 years ago. Used to live a stone's throw from Chatham Town, then Lordswood. Now but 2 miles from Scallingham.

Always followed Fleet.

Used to test my ingenuity following Fleet in the days before t'internet and mobile phones when I worked in the outer Hebrides and Shetland Islands for 2 years - Ship's MF radio sorted that out.

But I never , ever considered supporting anyone else.

Oddly, I now have a soft spot for old Margit - for no other reason than I met a few of their regulars, got on well and they are kindred spirits.

the past has nowt to do with it jeff...its all about life in general and an individuals right to choose how they live that life...thats why you joined myfc isn't it...? a brave new democratic world....?

surely you welcome all of those multi club supporting owners to your shores do you not...?

you wear your particular badge with much pride but I see your posts on here and also over there and there is much duplicity at work as you seek to please your peers on both side of the great divide...you canna do that jeff...it bites in the end..

others choose to rebel against what they consider to be wrong....they are the brave and the loyal that sal refers to and I agree with her....myfc will bring down the fleet and vice versa...these people are rebelling against that very possibility...they have loyalty to their membership of myfc in its offered form...you only pretend such loyalty...smile
