Ash progressed into the next round on the cup with a comfortable win. Took an early lead but give Farleigh some credit they came back into the game & equalised. Scored a good second goal just before half time.

The second half saw Ash score two more goals to gain the win but everyone at Ash wish the Farleigh player a very speedy recover after a nasty leg break (foot also not facing the right way as well as double break) that held the game up for an hour.

lost 2-1 at home to Badshott lea we didnt deserve to lose they didnt deserve to win 2 absolutely [****!!****] decisions by the idiots in black, we score what we and everybody in the ground thought was a perfectly good second 'goal' only for the lino flag for a phantom offside and then when they break there was a blatant foul on our full back just before they score the 'winner'.

and we are expected to show these people respect,, what, for losing us a point

Krooner all jokes aside it was good goal, defender smashed it against his own player it re bounded back to one of our players who was then on top of the goalie, he duly sloted it home only for the linesman to flag, ref then went over to the linesman to consult, we thought yes ref has seen it, 2-1 up stroke of half time happy days, to our amazement he didnt give it, at half time lineman said to our player sorry didnt reliaze, then at the end of the game the refs get there story straight and say he was offside in the 1st phase, well tell all them prem players that then, on my life.

 

There are some really good refs this season in the combined counties and to be fair we have had quite a good few this season, but some have been absolutly awful...... yesterday a prime awful.

 

There is no in between there either good or plain awful.

 

Anyway onto the next match hopefully it will even it self out over the season.

Did not go to the NGU Bookham game (3-2) was due to be in goal for this game until 11.45 when keeper decided his badly brusied elbow was ok to play (few... that was close). 0-0 at half time, then 2 down, get back level only for NGU to snatch winner. By all accounts a draw would have been fair.

 

Played for the ressies again (3rd time this season) and beat leaders Croydon 5-2 to maintain 100% winning record so far

 

May be I should play more often !!!!!.......no hang about I'm aching like FECK !!! sod that

I had to dust the cobwebs off my gloves on saturday as our goalie pulled out in the warm up and the 10 in front of me looked after me well and we were 3 - 0 down at half time! A few fecks thrown at them and we started the second half better and pulled a goal back before they got a 4th with a mis-kick and killed the game off. I also go punched on the nose at the end and got a yellow card for my troubles even when the ref admitted the striker started it. I spose me pushing him out of the way trying to get the ball back was the reason for my card, but I had claret coming out of my nose, and he only got booked too!

 

My first game in over a year, 4 past me, yellow card, and my body hurts!

oh, and I also got boll@cked by SL, my Dad, and my girlfriend (who knows didly squat about football) for getting booked. - Paid my fine right away though.
