First Alex gets quoted in the local paper and now Cookie has his name used over the taxman saga

We'll know on Monday at 4pmTuesday 10.30am (or sometime after more likely) whether that line has been crossed or not won't we,with or without payment.

KP is also quoted as saying last Monday that once they have decided how we will be dealing with this we will let the supporters know.

Nothing in there then from the club I take it? Bearing in mind the weekend is upon us I doubt we'll be told anything now until after the meeting with the taxman on MondayTuesday.

Oh yes,Thanks Alan. Just seen my error & have amended my above posts. Tuesday 10.30am it is then.(29th for notice of intention to appear).

 

"A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Hartsdown Park, Hartsdown Road, Margate, Kent CT9 5QZ, presented on 22 July 2008 by the Commissioners for HM Revenue and Customs, of Somerset House, Strand, London WC2R 1LB, claiming to be Creditors of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 30 September 2008, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard").

 

"Any persons intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioners or to their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 29 September 2008".
