Lee Butcher-For looking very assured in goal hence bringing confidence to others.

Dan Young for once again being solid in everything he does.A model of consistency.

Dan Kerrigan for improving our left back position.

Dan Stubbs for continual running.

Wayne Wilson for hitting superb shots when the opprtunity arrives.

James Gregory for moving forward & showing more individual flair on the ball.

Kenny Pratt unlucky on occasions but for running his socks off.He is going to get even better in time.

Michal Power for taking over full responsibility up front now that Peters has been brought back.Handicapped by injury too.

Ryan Peters for also playing with what seemed an injury too & doing better coming at defenders.Defensively sound also.

Paul Smith for giving his vast experience in midfield to others.Does exceedingly well out there it must be said.

But yes I agree with you on this one. For taking his chance with both hands (feet & head) he was superb in his 1st senior game.Curtis Robinson gets my vote too.

Although not on the list Barry Ashby for tweaking things & making some good team decisions/selections of late.

Got to agree with Curtis being MOTM and would love to see the keeper staying with us. Was a bit suprised that the side didn't utilise Curtis's throw-ins. Especially when the game was nearing its conclusion. For those that haven't seen him throw a ball yet it's a bit like Delap's of Stoke.

Have reserved judgment so far, but have to admit I am suprised by the outcome; personally, I didn't think Robinson was outstanding. Average at best, for me, and often far too impatient in trying to win the ball. Kerrigan had a good game, though.

My vote went to Power; although I have been one of his harshest critics so far, I thought his application and all-round contribution was much improved on Tuesday. We began to see glimpses of why he scored all those goals for Cray.

So if Paul Smith is immense at 40% fitness, what will he be like at 80% fitness.

More importantly, can he and does he still have the desire to reach 80% fitness level;when at start of season ,he probably did not envisage playing too much anyway

Dont u all think that the situation of debating who was player of the match/month is becoming increasingly hard to call, in that I mean the whole team seemed to deserve a pat on the back for their personal/team performance. They are gelling nicely and can/will get better, is it then a bad thing that we currently have this quandry of who is better than who??? On the subject of Paul Smith I say if he is only 40% fit and still plays 60 minutes, then that is the 60 minutes we must score in, as when he is subbed we lose defensively, we seem to lose all shape - IMO one of the players u dont watch but is ever present and his experience in football shines through.

My reason for voting for Robinson:

It was a great team effort and although all made good contributions, nobody stood out as obvious MOM. I thought for a young lad to come into a key position and not look out of place was in itself worthy of recognition. Also he might benefit more than regular first-teamers from knowing his contribution was appreciated by the fans.

BTW many thanks to Cookie for running these polls.

If we are into confession and giving explanations for our voting thought process... I chose Power for his overall strength during the whole 90 mins. The lad Pratt (i think) who was so fast and ran at our defences deserved praise along with the rest of your team. You are no longer the whipping boys but a force to be reckoned with. Good luck and keep playing very good footy applause
