congrats on a good result canvey, couldn't make it personally along with alot of other city based urchins.

 

don't blame the credit crunch or gordon brown, blame those twats who compiled the fixture list and didn't give us the bank holiday fixtures.

To be honest, it would be nice if this fixture was played on a normal run of the mill Saturday. Even Bank holidays some people can't make the game because of family commitments.

Imo i wasnt impressed with hornchurch but everyones entitled

to a bad game or was it because we played so well in the second

half that we made them look average???

 

 

Ive just seen on their forum that their manager has said they

dont have the funds of years gone by and they need to be patient.Well we dont have the funds of years gone by either and

i bet our current financial withstraints are worse than theirs.

i thought we played well first half without getting the crucial 2nd goal.Second half canvey were the better side and used the wind to their advantage to create mayhem in our box.A bit like watching stoke city attack in all honesty but if it wins you games then so be it.

And as for taking dale of us no chance,he told me he likes playing at an athletics stadium!
