Yes after Saturday i was a little disapointted to say the least, still am, in fact. offered my resignation, it was refused. Had a bit of a problem with a few players, not performing, or should i say choosing when and when not to perform, and also questioning the ambitions of the club as a whole. You see when a step 7 side comes to your ground and looks more professional than you, to me theres a lack of ambitions.

Had a good talk with some of the committee and as a result told them that changes were needed and results may suffer in the meantime, however after 7 changes including 2 that played at this level for the first time a much much more committed and purposeful performance was given the result which incidentally was immaterial was very much deserved.

Dont worry Mick the only way is up and Bedfont will improve based on the changes you made. I was worried I was going to knock your ear drums out last night with my shouting, dont worry if results continue, long may it continue :-)
