BG have suffered an injury crisis in recent weeks. Hopefully with one or two coming back this week, a couple of new signings and the likes of JB Bates getting back to fitness we can string some wins together. As I said a few months ago, we are looking to improve on last seasons finish.

In reply to the thread to Eyes and Ears. Rumour (from good CTFC source) has it that the problem is not Day at. Hamsher, Langley and Tidy have all left because of problems with Coops. Apparently this is the same with other players as well. He has been contiually back stabbing etc.....

Hi Gussy - Both Merritt brothers (CB pairing) have been injured, Ray Sherwood & Lee Morley have both had time out. Adie Barrance (last year's top scorer) has missed 2 matches and JB Bates has needed time to get over a broken foot picked up on the eve of the season. Aaron is now playing for Thurrock in the Blue Square South which is a credit to how well he's been playing for BG. Details on the signing you asked about is on the club's website with him debuting this Weds in the league cup at South Park. Re Pearcy, he's had an injury as well but has been playing through it and Craig White is playing week in and out. We have just signed another exciting striker so I expect to see an official press release on the website this week sometime.

It must be a management problem and not a manager problem then, either way if players are leaving because of it there is obviously something not quite right down there...
