Wexham Park Stadium - How much will it cost ?

Sorry to drag up old news again but without trawling through old threads can someone please answer these few questions ?

 

1) How much would it cost to buy the ground

 

2) How many years are left on the restriction that means houses cant be built on it or it used for anything other than football.

 

3)Does the club owe any back rent from Wexham Park

 

4) Is there no way back

Check with Byron Thorne re - the price, I suspect it will be substantial, like millions.

 

The cost to refurb would be significant too, as Mayfair haven't done a thing to the pitch/terraces. They're full of weeds, rusting etc. Interestingly they repaired a hole in the fence (through which I crept to take photos), presumably to keep vandals out, but why?!!

 

I hope it never gets planning permission for anything other than a football stadium.......ever.
