v Ashford - Restoring the Pride

Tuesdays friendly result Sandhurst 0-5 Ashford.

 

"1-0 in the first minute, 3-0 at half time ".

 

If we can prevent this from happening on Saturday...a very early goal (they are known for coming out of the blocks at excessively high speed & we are known for conceding early) then we have a chance of a positive result,win or draw. There's no need to give ourselves a mountain to climb this week.

We need a result after last week & this surely is a perfect opportunity not only to get that point or three but to show others that we CAN do better & to go on to avoid any drop this season.The underdogs sometimes DO prevail so let it be us this week-end. Why the hell not!!

Come on Margate FC. Show us what you're made of this week.

 

To BA & the players. Lift those heads,concentrate from the off to the finish,compete,harrass,shoot on sight,be positive,attack the ball & do not be afraid.

Oh & hopefully you'll get that slice of luck too.

 

Finally...I know,zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz please play Peters just behind the front two (if fit to play)

I'm positive it WILL make a big difference.

What have we got to lose by trying it out?

Me too Michael, and Louis is also fit, will make a big difference in defence IMO, plus Roberto attacks down the flank.

I have a feeling that after last weekend,BA will have been working particularly hard to get someone in this week.
