I am amazed at the resilience of the ETFC fans. The football is poor there appears to be little organisation on the field but we still turn up ! Some small signs that we can score goals, but we do need some leadership and shape at the back or scoring three / four gaols each game will not win us three points. Although we can point to the back four and I agree with some of the comments elswhere on the forum, we need to pay aattention to the midfield which is not providing protection and too often gives the ball away exposing the defence's lack of mobility etc...

 

Good management needed have we got it ?
