Just a reminder about the U18 fixture tomorrow night at Beaconsfield. Kicks off at 7.45pm and all support will be welcome for the lads.

Will the clubhouse and tea bar be open?

clubhouse yes, tea bar not sure. I think that it may not be as we're not sure how many people we'll get in attendance with this being the first one, but will find out and let you know.

Tea bar will be open on the clubhouse side only with limited service. Bar will be open as normal.

 

Given the rain, it might be worth checking before heading off, although we'll get a message on here as soon as we know anything.

Slough currently 1-0 up through Stan Mugisha. Could be three or four already as Slough have started well with Mugisha looking lively in attack and the Slough lads playing neat football along the back.

1-0 at half time. Slough were the better side in the opening 25 minutes of the half and could have had a few extras with chances falling to Stan but Flackwell came back strongly in the last twenty minutes but just couldn't find the space for a clear shot at Tullett's goal.

Good result for the lads, sorry I missed it tonight, will try and make it along for the next one.

Popped down to get my first look at the Youth team and I was quite impressed.

 

They look to be a solid unit, bold when attacking and confident enough to stroke the ball around at the back, and not afraid to put a tackle in. There's some obvious promise in there so let's hope they continue to improve as the season goes on.

firstly can I thank all those who attended last nights first ever league game for our under 18yrs side..in the ACYFL central div....

 

the attendance was around 60-70 person ...a great start and appreciated by the Team..

 

just for note the next match v Berkhamsptead has been postponed due to Berkhampstead withdrawing from the league

 

keep your eyes on the fixture list on the main club site...

which will be up dated soon...best to check 24 hours before...as these fixtures change very quickly...
