Oakwood 3 Chertsey Town 3.

Chertsey were 3 - 0 up after 6 minutes (yes 6 mins!!) of the game. (Pomroy 2 & Johnson). Paul Brooker was then sent off for Chertsey after 14 minutes. HALF TIME 0-3. 2nd Half Oakwood came out strong and looked to use there advantage. They made it 3-1 within 5 minutes. Simon Langley was then sent off for Chertsey, whom had to play the last 35 minutes with 9 men. They then conceded a 2nd immediately. They tried to play the game out but the heavens opened with 15 minutes to go, making it near on impossible for both sides to pass the ball (stopping in puddles etc). Oakwood got a penalty with 5 mins to go and made it 3 one. FULL TIME 3-3. Although it was the correct decision to stop the game at full time, the pitch was dangerous and unplayable, Chertsey can count themselves lucky to still be in the draw.

REPLAY IS AT ALWYNS LANE on Tues as game had gone pass 75 minutes so results stands.

I was at our reserves game at Raynes Park. Got to see the funniest goal so far this season thanks to the conditions. Defenders slipping and sliding on the floor in the area before the keeper let the softest shot you've ever seen go straight through his gloves. I shouldn't really have laughed but i couldn't help it. blush
