Dorking FC - Sidley: F.A. Vase. 06/09/2008.

Because of todays rain and tonights monsoon - and to assist with Sidleys and the match officials travel arrangments - DFC have arranged an early pitch inspection for 8:00am.

 

The forecast is not good with rain expected overnight and right through until tomorrow evening.

 

I will report the inspection result on here a.s.a.p., in the morning.

Unlikely. I've got to ring the steward as soon as I get the refs report. I'll try and find out after speaking to RC and BH tomorrow morning and post on here, TSF.

Pitch inspection interupted by a heavy shower. Pitch deemed fit, subject to no heavy rain.

 

Some work to be done around mid-day to improve the surface.

Club-house will be open-ish. By all means, pop down.

Since last post,we have had three more heavy showers, so it'll now be down to the match-referee when he arrives.
