Billericay Town have signed central defender Lynvall Duncan, after an impressive performance for the Reserves in Wednesday's 2-1 home defeat against Harlow Town.

Lynvall was at Leatherhead last season, and has also previously played for Ashford Town (Kent).

He is average. i watched him for the reserves last wednesday and he is good in the air(which all centre backs should be) but is very lightweight and seemed to look lost at times. he also nearly gave Harrow a goal from nothing on saturday by letting the ball run to Jack in goal even though there was a striker just behind him. Suppose he is only a 4th choice but surely we could of done better, looks as though we just signed him for the sake of it as we needed a centre back for cover on saturday.

We didnt sign him just for cover on saturday. If marc hadnt picked up a knock then there would have been no reason for a change in defence. The management must have thought that he has the defensive skills to sign him, because they wouldnt do it otherwise.
