what a strange week ok we lost 2nil to tooting and now people are unhappy we had steffan ball who has now left the club, I am now hearing des boateng wants to leave. Have people forgot that we was on a similar run last season and look what happened come end of it we finished in the playoffs so lets get behind the team and really give them our support aswell and I am sure Colin a brilliant manager in my view will turn it around

 

SO LETS ALL PUT TOGETHER PLAYERS, FANS, AND ETC GET BEHIND THE PLAYERS AND COACHES BY STARTING THIS WEEKEND

its part of footie jay we all love a moan when things are not workin out,and we had the awful journey to boot at tootin the other nite,my pet moan is our support in numbers and it wont get much better this season 1 credit crunch 2 poor displays but u will always have that hard core like me who will watch em regardless and im sure things will get back to winnin ways we had to wait until after xmas last season

I'm not unhappy.

I got home by train quicker than those who drove to tooting.

Will be there on Saturday cheering the boys on as will most of the regulars.

Try and drink their clubhouse dry and look forward to Tuesday regardless of the result.

And i have to buy 1961 a beer Tuesday for opening my big gob.

i agree 100% - we know the team can do it as we have seen glimpses of it in the games mentioned but its been so few and far between that it has become annoying (when money/time is tight and we chose to pay for some of the displays we have seen so far i feel it only right to post what we/i feel)

so lets hope for an improved performance tomorrow!

Just listen to the lot of you should have been around 10 years ago this would have been a great start.......you have all been spoilt.....just get behind the team and they will come through for us all..........thats my rant over

its not a point of the past (yes i have been going a fair few years - when the eastside was well lets say sparce) but thats neither he nor there. The point is that people can have there say - its not being negative saying we arent playing to our full potentual its stating a fact, if we were in a new league with far higher class opposition then fair enough but the teams we are under performing against are the teams we were beating last year with pretty much the same squad so somthing is clearly wrong?!

crikey...calm down you guys....lets put things into perspective...

 

we have a manager who is experienced and a proven winner....since he has been here we have won a double and got into the ryman play offs first year back.....I am bad when it comes to being a bad loser but colin makes me look like a choirboy...he lives eats drinks footie and so do his staff and colin has another quality also..loyalty....

 

colin released three players on tuesday night...they didn't ask to leave...he released them...it wasn't because we lost but because he felt that we were not where we should be after 6 games...he's the manager and thats what he gets paid for (or doesn't in his case) grin

 

we have made a similar start to last season and I have no doubt that come the mix in april we shall be vying for a play off spot....we don't have big budgets here anymore and colin is working on very small resources.....

 

lets all respect that and whilst colin is doing his job lets do ours...get behind the team....yay

I haven't seen you in defeat guys but I DID see you tear Ramsgate to pieces & that's what sits in my mind & so should it you.(Admittedly Ramsgate aren't the Ramsgate of last season).A win against a decent Dover outfit too.(unseen)

I am both hopeful for us as our lads are fast improving but also aware of what you CAN do.You haven't become a bad squad because of a couple or defeats & underestimating you because of those reversals would be a foolish thing to do.
