Akinde (again)

Just to let everybody know, there should be a piece on the John Akinde transfer appearing tomorrow at Soccerlens - in part, it's a follow up to the piece I did at Soccerlens earlier this year:

I've been trying to keep tabs on what's happening at Stonebridge Road since then, and on a personal level I hope the money from the transfer will go some way to helping the current financial situation at Fleet - it was a good bit of business, although I'd have valued him higher (although this may be to do with his part in your victory over Torquay - you can't put a price on the look of a dejected Gulls fan )

 

Good luck for the rest of the season and against Cambridge tomorrow - it's a tough league this season by the looks of it!

The babes section is great, isn't it Provides a most welcome distraction from everything else football related. I keep pushing to be let lose on that section, but for some reason the site editor says he's happy to handle it himself...

Akinde played 35 mins against Southampton reserves the other night. Bristol City won 4-2
