Billy's a quality keeper, we all know that.

 

Unfortunately he seemed to pick up quite a few nasty injuries. This led to him only making 34 starts for us in two seasons, which is clearly not good enough for a senior player.

 

As mentioned above I believe he got carted off again recently for Brentwood.

He played on Saturday, but was nearly knocked out by his own player this time after Erith scored after a mix up between them both and handbags were exchanged. He's a good keeper but surely it makes more sense for Billericay to have a younger goalie who is hopefully less likely to get injured, maybe wages come into it somewhere as well a young and upcoming keeper would demand less than a proven one I guess.
