its good to see that platt did let himself get cup tied, but if he wasnt fully fit he shouldnt have played.

 

Platt wasnt very impressive and even though he was injured he could have put in SOME effort. It was disgraceful to see him leave the pitch as soon as possible and not stay to the end. Even before he did come off, when he saw he wqas going to come off, he stayed by the bench and almost came out of the game completly.

 

 

When Platt does get better from his injury it would be good to see him score a few gaols and start playing as a team player.

 

Also Attrell needs to play more so that DJ isnt always drawn to the corner to get the ball, instead be in the box receiving Attrell's crosses

Still think its a bit harsh, he had a great first half, but ran out of steam, probably due to lack of fitness, in second half. Looking through the live updates from Saturday he had a part in about 8 of the 11 or so Slough attacks during the first half. You can't do that without putting in a decent amount of effort, granted his finishing wasn't great but he was trying.

Plays like he did yesterday all the time and i dont think anyone will complain. Awesome running off the ball and effort and fully rewarded with two week taken goals.

i never doubted his obvious quality and he more than proved himself. by the way he held his finger to his mouth while facing the crowd showed that he had seen what people had been moaning about him for. he still had his ribs strapped up last night so he still has the injury. imagine how good he could be at 100%!! long may he continue linking up with Bubb and DJ. we could be looking at an amount of goals of which we havent seen from slough for many years
