Of course, i remember him now... thanks radders...

On the down side he was lucky not to get 3 yellow cards today at various points.... But if he can calm down he could be an excellent signing... good to see the Bubbster back as well.

Your memory isn't that good, were were playing Wealdstone that day! (although they were playing at Northwood).

Just being pedantic...

Looks to be a good signing, but (perhaps unsurprisingly) I'm with Marcus on this. He needs to keep a calm head as he kicked the ball away a number of times yesterday and a harsher ref would have doled out the cards.

That said, perhaps if the ref had punished the first instance of petulant ball kicking Evans would've thought twice about doing it again.

Thats fantastic news Charlie ! a defender who can kick the ball away wont go amiss in a Rebels defence , good news indeed ! seriously though i know who Luke is & have seen him play for various teams , solid enough , un-spectacular and clears his lines ! this will allow for a ball playing centre back to go alongside perhaps ? or maybe two stay at home centre backs and attacking full backs ? all the entertaining Rebels sides had that :-)

So where did i take a quote from another thread & use it here ?? you wrote " Yet another negative comment from Bobbys Hatt " on page one of this very thread which is what i quoted ? To save posting twice i will answer your other question , no i wasnt at the cup game and no i am not a hardened fan any more , i had other places to be my son was playing in an academy match for , no i cant even bring myself to say it ! , but even Terry Reardon went there :-( , believe me i wish Slough had a proper junior set up ! even Beaconsfield have that sorted ! One day maybe ? I will be at the replay and i will let you know my thoughts ! In the meantime i will say that if Bubb is still the player he was in his last spell at the club then it is a good signing , must be more money about now than my old pal got before he was un-ceremoniously shown the door ! so no excuses really for Sweets if he cant deliver in the same time scale ! :-)

"must be more money about now than my old pal got before he was un-ceremoniously shown the door !"

So this is where your sour grapes are coming from!!!!!!

So we now know to read your posts with this in mind and know why you are putting the knife in Dereks back without giving him a chance.

Yes I would like to meet you on Tuesday and you can tell me why you wish to damage the club you claim to support by undermining the manager and players.

My grapes arent sour at all and neither are Marks , yes i played footy with Mark and he is a great fella to have in your team he loves the game and bust his balls for any team he played in , so its just a shame he couldnt get SOME of todays little prima - donna posers to adopt the same attitude . I spoke with him a while back and he neither slagged the club or went into any politics , but i already knew all about that , word travels very quickly in football ! Mark stuck his neck out , it didnt work out , he got it chopped , end of ! so you can drop your sour grapes , conspiracy nonsense , i wouldnt care if you were manager as long as this club was winning games , i am sure the players would excuse your bull$*** team talks if they were ! :-)

I have no idea why you feel i would want to " put the knife in Dereks back " or " damage " the club ? for starters i know Steve Easterbrook he is a really nice fella and i want him to succeed and all i said was that it is not un-reasonable to expect Derek to deliver in a time frame , given his advantage of being able to get in players that dont play for peanuts ! Meanwhile Burnham wasted little time in appointing a new first team coach , small world eh ?

Sorry Clive, no Andy here(Paul if you're really bothered?)

You should be favourites to win the replay now, good luck. I'd rather see you lot go through, at least you'd bring some fans to our place.

Been a lot of changes at San Cherrio since your visit last season, you won't recognise the place. alk
