Ok sorry about the negitive bit and i know you all do as much as you can to raise money for the club and sometimes not many turn up to the events organized which is a shame but all im looking at is if you had say 400 people through the gates each time we had a home match and they all donated 50p each over say 25 games that woud be

Trouble is, whilst discussing it on here has the potential to be "international" in effect it only reaches a comparitive few people.

 

I do recall your comments re the collection and I think that I added to that debate. I also created a new topic re the 50/50 draw and meat raffle. About four responses and that was that after the Canvey game.

 

As an exile it is not possible for me to attend many of the social events but I hope they do get the support that the efforts of those organising them deserve. It is hard enough nowadays to get people to organise things on anything like a voluntary basis and the efforts of those who do undertake such tasks should be highly valued and supported (not the least by those people who benefit from them) as I am sure they are.
