Lato
Dave is the Watchful Listeners real name according to rhodes. It is based on the wondeful logic of rhodesworld that since he hasn't denied it it must be true.

syd_lexic
Is the A10 called Layston Meadow then Cliff because that's where the ground is. It's called The Bury because it is the old Sainsburys sports ground next to the old distribution depot ! Anyway are you off to a game tonight ? NeutralFan
Layston Meadow is quite close to the ground, probably about 1/2km to the north. Unfortunately for Rhodes the Buntingford website has the incorrect address for the ground.
Rhodes
If this link works it's from the Multimap site showing quite clearly that Buntingford's ground is in Layston Meadow, otherwise punch in SG9 9JD on Multimap. These silly names such as 'The Bury', 'Griffin Park', 'the Riverside' or 'the Emirates Stadium' don't really mean an awful lot to true connoisseurs of the game: http://www.multimap.com/maps/?qs=+SG9+9JD

Jeff Hamnett TSF
http://www.buntingfordtownfc.com/index.php?page=aboutbtfc1 a lot of clubs at this level have pitches away from their clubhouse and home.
Jeff Hamnett TSF
try finding the spurs ground in White Hart Lane for example!
sjj2112
It is indeed a link to a map showing the road called Layston Meadow. Unfortunately when you switch from map to aerial view it quite clearly shows that there is no football ground there - just a residential cul-de-sac. Might I suggest that the address of 11 Layston Meadow, Buntingford, SG9 9JD - as listed on the home page of their website - is the home address of one of the club officials. The ground address, according to the Herts Senior County League website, is The Bury, Sainsbury's Distribution Centre, London Road, Buntingford, SG9 9JR and is a few hundred yards south of Layston Meadow. The ground can can be seen just to the south of the distribution centre on the same aerial view of Buntingford. Hope that this clears it up for everybody!
