Think the official match report on btfc.net says it all very well. But I'd add that I thought Dumas had a great game.

 

It's 3 points gone. No matter who the oppo is or what the scoreline was. We know the reasons, and can only hope that we're in a position to put out a far stronger team against Carshalton on Saturday.

I was silent because I had said all I needed to say. Like your fellow supporter, you should read the other thread where I gave my comments on the game (and I have to work for a living and at the time of your post, I was asleep, safe in bed).

As I said, we're obviously a threat to Hornchurch because why would they waste their time wanting to comment on a game they had no interest in.

Coming back on to the comment made at the top of this thread...Rick, I would agree that Ashley had a better game but he, like the rest of the team were woeful with their passing and ball retention at times. Over the full 90 minutes, we were not at the "races". I will say it again, they deserved the win.

Now Mr. Mental, I can't be any more clearer than that?

please tell me that canvey were flattered by the scoreline. as i've seen on a few other threads, they tend to get a bit unbearable after a win.
