I wont put this one on the website (and not just because it's out of focus), but this was our first sight of Paul Smith on his Margate debut and it amused me anyway - he looked excited to be there!

That last one does suggest the keeper may have handled that out of the area.

BTW the missus reckons the Paul Smith pic should be used for some sort of caption contest!

great photos again Don. Looking at that last photo he must have handballed outside the area.

Wasn't a penalty & he didn't handle outside the area. You are seeing things as the picture shows them to be,in still motion. Ryan lobbed him,he got a hand to it(inside the area),it went wide & both players collided.Thats how it was.The officials got that one spot on,unfortunately.

Well you are a ref Cookie and therefore i totally disagree with you.

Believe me if it WERE a penalty I would have been over the barrier had he refused to give it.

Being a referee(ex referee now)has got nothing to do with it.

Peters left it a split second too long otherwise his lob would have found the net.Likewise in the first half when clean through Peters needed to shoot rather than try taking round the keeper.Two exceedingly good chances not taken.

The question is it couldn't have been a penalty as it would have been outside the area so just free kick and red card. Anyway it happened inside the area so the referee got it spot on. Well played yesterday by the way.
