I was at the Bedfont Chertsey game. Scoreline flattered Chertsey big time. Bedfont were all over them for most of the game and gifted Chertsey a few sloppy goals. Chertsey did pass the ball around well, but were often given way too much space.

 

I loved the way Chertsey put two of their subs on with less than 15 seconds of the match to go!! One of those subs went from playing 90mins week in, week out last season at another CCL club to playing 15 seconds a week for Chertsey!! He even walked back to the changing room with his shirt off (isn't that what players do when they're hot after a playing more than 15 seconds? Perhaps he ripped his shirt off in disgust?) Still, if they're getting paid stupid money (apparently) for getting splinters in the a**e, who am i to comment? Lets see if they're still there come christmas. And lets hope Chertsey haven't wrapped up the league by Christmas!!
