Mick & Guv

Couldn't make the game yesterday

Heard we didn't really play until the last 10, scoring 1 and having a few more chances but couldn't put the ball in the back of the net.

Not making any excuses but I heard our reserves struggled to field a side as the first team had taken players from them due to guys being away.

Hope you enjoyed your day out in our small village.

Hopefully see you guys at your place.

BG goals were as follows:

1st - Tom Merritt header from a corner

2nd - Forward rounded the keeper and unselfishly squared it for Hart to finish.

3rd - Good finish from Adi Barrance

4th - 20 yard finish by Aaron McLeish

5th - The best of them all, a 25 yard strike from sub JB Bates

Obviously you have not been to Frimley then Mick. You have never seen anything like it mate.

We won 4-2 at the weekend against Coulsdon and were 3-0 up in the first half until my center half decided to stick out a leg in the box and penalty on the stroke of half time. Came out and went 4-1 up and the home team scored with 5 to go to make it 4-2. Easy win in the end and should of been 8 or 9. Just got to stop letting teams get back in.

Farnham tomorrow for our hardest game of the season so far

Lost by the one goal right on the stroke off half time. Made several good scoring chances which saw the Egham keeper pull off a couple excellent saves. Then came the goal & what a cracker it was. 2nd half had plenty off the ball but couldn't find away through a determined Egham side. Lets hope monday came bring us more luck in front of goal

Oh and I have to mention the referee today. I have never seen a referee quite as big as that in many years of football watching (and one of the lino's wasn't far behind!). Roly-poly was the word and he even did a roly-poly as he went tumbling midway through the second half! Not too bad as a ref, although very fussy.

That'll be where Krooners was today giggle

NOPE ! This guy even had Our Great Leader beaten, hands down, LITERALLY ! The lino is back for the Bookham game today, so watch this space !

Thanks for your report, Trevor,

Here's the official one:-

"Dorking produced a convincing performance to make it back to back home wins at Meadowbank, this time comfortably beating Chobham to gain the club
