Stevenage Borough match

(Back to the topic of football...)

Must say, I'm looking forward to tomorrow. Stevenage Borough will certainly be up for this one. They do have a good record against us, and go into this match looking for their first win of the season. They picked up their first point away at high-flying Weymouth, so this will be psychological boost to the Stevenage Borough players.

I'm sure we are looking forward to seeing a couple of familiar faces: Andy Drury and Michael Bostwick, who I reckon will be looking to score against their former club.

I'm pretty confident "Fleet" can get another three points from this fixture, as we now have a boost in confidence ourselves following our win away at Torquay United; and I'm going for a 3-1 win.

C'mon the Fleet!!

That's impressive, no wonder they not got their first win yet grin
I'm sure Jukebox will be wanting to play tomorrow afternoon against his old club.

This feels like a 4th round cup tie to me. Gonna be horrible if we don't win, imagine the grinning mugs of westley and Bayes. With Drury, Bostwick, Westley and Bayes this one has disaster written all over it.

Saying that after seeing the Torquay game on Setanta I know we can give Stevenage a good beating.

Hopefully i will be able to make my first home game, after 4 away games last season, ive sweet talked the wife in taking me up to town with the lure of an afternoon at blue water and a bit of night out.(hope she slows down enough to drop me of at stonebridge before speeding off to spend the housekeeping!

hope to meet a few of you there.

Cheers

Pearce, you plonker! "Oi'll give it five" was the dopey Janice bird on ITV's rival Thank Your Lucky Stars(hosted by Brian Matthew). She was a Brummie airhead who represented "the girl in the street" in TYLS's weekly review of new singles. Thus when giving marks out of five, if Janice said "Oi'll give it five" it meant it was the mutt's nuts. Alas, nothing to do with Juke Box Jury where David Jacobs urged four "personalities" to discuss new singles and vote them HIT or MISS. No marks out of ten. Best ever episode was when the Beatles were the four guests. See you tomorrow night. Pip pip.
