3rd kit confirmed as green!!!

Which is why yellow would work better. Teams wearing red win more because of the vividness of the colour. Similarly, the colour green being a casual colour which isn't as striking as yellow would mean it would take longer for our players to look up, and positively identify a player to pass to when they're the same colour as the grass. The four big Premiership teams play in vivid colours, three of them in red. Not exactly a coincidence.

I had hoped for yellow for the visibility also, but so be it. Green it is.

 

Incidentally, I did suggest that we keep the green kit as next year's away kit as opposed to picking yet another one. The idea seems to have some support, but who knows if Nike will even produce this year's shirts next season.

I remember the article on that. They said that teams that wear Red generally win more don't they? Doesn't apply up in Scotland as neither Celtic or Rangers home kits are red.

Oh and on the topic of the thread I would of rather that we stuck with the yellow away kit. But what is done is done now so no point in me moaning about it.
