You've just reminded how much i laughed when i first read that. That guy is just one big joke really isn't he?

 

I still laugh whenever he uses the ref as an excuse for when they lose and lets face it he uses that excuse all the time, he just can't accept the fact that they lost because his players don't know where the goal is.

Alex, with the greatest of respects, dont we all blame the Ref, when things don't go our way, i understand Margate had a penalty shout waved away, im sure loads of you had a go at the Ref, Jim Ward is a passionate man, and of course needs to shout at the linesman and players as well as the Ref, , i understand your Mr Barry Ashby, is going to be similar, what would you want of him. to sit quitely in the dug out.....As for the photo, im think we hire him for he's skills not he's personality but we as suporters will be behind him win or lose, as im sure you guys will do with your manager....best wishes Margate

RamsgateSixty makes a good argument and very articulately put (sorry, didn't mean to sound patronising!), and its clear that there's healthy banter around taken in good spirits - However, someone then left the gates to the zoo open and we get the next post!!
