may be a night game, but its also our first game at home of the league campaign so i think there will be a turnout of 600 or so. Others may disagree. I also think New Lodge will hear for the first time since last seasons campaign all us Ricay fans singing our usual songs and probably taking the mickey out of the keeper(the usual case anyway).

I shouldn't think the attendance will be anywhere near 600+

 

Probably less than 400. Have you noticed how easy it is to get parked in the High Street? Those who can afford it are on holiday, and those who can't are saving up to pay their Gas Bill.

 

I'd estimate 365, but be pleasantly suprised if it's more.

Re our support - in D1S we were probably in the top 3 or 4 for away numbers. Its always difficult to estimate numbers, but I would say we will probably bring 50 - 75 tonight. I would also expect us to average over 300 for our home fixtures this season.

 

As for guessing tonights result, I quote a Mr P Gascoigne, who once said "I don't make predictions, and I never will."

I reckon that's close enough for a prize, at least in spirit, on all counts. Admitedly, the Chelmsford contingent were far fatter than anticipated (must be those cheap Burgers at M.P. ), but getting close on 4 out of 5 aint bad.
