A solvent club, or a club with a managable debt, MyFC haven't delivered on that promise, in fact, they have done just the opposite and increased the debt!

Now the question is, what can be done to change it for the better? The basics include getting more fans through the turnstiles and (somehow) keep from alienating more MyFC members, but what else can be done. Personally, I don't want this club to be the second one I have had an involvement with to die. What has happened has happened and can't be totally undone. I guess now, what are the solutions?
