Guildford City 0-4 Epsom & Ewell Es took the lead on 48 seconds through Robbie Burns and it was downhill all the way from then on for Guildford who looked very poor in the first half. Hough added two more in the first half, his second coming from the penalty spot. Es could have had one or two more as well with the Guildford defence and keeper looking very shaky. Paul Borg did have to make one smart save to prevent Guildford getting on the scoresheet. Second half was a bit of a non event with Es happy to sit on their lead, a suspiciously offside looking sub Leon White getting the fourth in the 89th minute.

Ouch they will want to come out and prove themselves on satirday against Frimley Green

To be honest SL, having seen both sides in the last few days I think you've got a fair chance. Depends on how they react I guess.

went to see Feltham V Hounslow as playing both teams this month. scrappy game between two average sides- left after about 65 mins with Feltham 1 up. Hounslow did try and play football wherever possible to be fair

Guildford rarely looked like scoring as Epsom & Ewell closed them down quickly whenever they had the ball. The first two goals I thought the Guildford defence looked very static, both originating from crosses from the Epsom right wing. Gindre in the Guildford goal had a nightmare in the first half, looked much better second half. I was just about level with the linesman for the last goal. Difficult to judge with Leon White going in for the ball and the Guildford defence going the other way. Personally I thought he was a yard offside to start but its the man in black who counts (again the cross was from the right). So for all you ex-krooners at Frimley Green, if you can get in behind them and have a decent crosser of the ball from the right wing, you might be in luck this weekend.

Was there too TRS and although the wrong end of the ground for the last goal spoke to the assessor who said the lino kent was right as the Guildford centre half played him onside, agree with your report too very dis-jointed display by Guildford, Krusty will have his work cut out !!
