If Chertsey Town have so much money how come they got struck off and disolved by companies house in may 2008, and are now using the name Chertsey Town 2007 Ltd

perhaps they just wanted a fresh start with a new company,shareholders etc, nothing wrong with that provided the old one paid everyone up.

Why would anyone want a fresh start unless they wanted to remove or avoid the past. If you want a fresh start as a person you do not change your name or do you?

You could be right TSF but then having an unsual name also has its advantages?. Getting back to quantums original post how does there name change and being struck off the register affect the rules of the FA or CCL

it may be true or untrue, it doesnt elaborate or say why it happened.

 

I shut one of my companies down this year, I didnt need it, it saves on redtape and accountants fees. it didnt owe anyone any money, its no problem.

 

now when i was banging on about dorking, its finances and board, eye1 you told me to shutup.
