I quite like us coming out to "Beautiful Day".

 

I'm not much of a fan of U2 but I think it's a good choice, that everyone knows and thus doesn't alienate too many people. Other than those with a raging hatred of the Irish lads, of course.

I'm still yet to understand the problem with Cheer Cheer, and why it was suddenly stopped. Its the clubs song, and deserves its place as the team run out just as much, if not more then the age old simply the best which is played after every game, win lose or draw.

Gordon T, I agree that 'Here Come The Fleet' should still be used, some fans think it's outdated, but Charlton still play 'Red Red Robin', so why not go back to 'Here Come The Fleet'

Have to agree that the traditional wins hands down every time. So re-instate 'Here Come The Fleet' - if only to give Lord Chas some royalties!

 

Norwich re-instated playing 'The Canaries' at the beginning of home games last season - this was a song recorded by players when they won the old Second Division title for the first time in 1972. Everyone (even the younger fans) reacted positively to it.

Firstly, I think as we are chasing promotion this season we should get some sound system that people can actually hear from instead of an announcement system from a train station. Or even upgrade the actual speakers a bit, and then get a excellent system for the new system.
