Just paying respect to the players and staff of Kings Langley. We had more than half a team missing but to be honest even if they were all playing I don't know if we would have beaten them. A very good side with very good Managers, and if they get into the Prem they will surprise a few teams. All the best for the rest of the season chaps.

An anorak was at Biggleswade United last night....

He says that it was a routine victory for the home side, that Cockfosters struggled to contain the livewire front 2 of United and were limited to long range efforts.

He also reckons that Second Meadow will be vast improved once the new stand is up and the ground is enclosed again.

MK James - Is Second Meadow still three sided as I haven't visited for a while and how is it proposed to make the ground 'enclosed', presumably they will need to utilise land from the other side of the touchline bush where Fairfield used to be. Cockfosters must have been poor last night to go down so comprehensively to a team only four places above them in the table.

Actually I don't know that they definitely plan to make it enclosed but I thought that was pretty much mandatory for the Premier Division. The bush has gone so it was wide open to the elements, old Fairfield floodlights still standing, can't remember for definite but I think someone told me there would be problems taking them down. Hard standing all the way around now if you like that sort of thing.

Maybe you can help me with something now Rhodes. what's the deal with the myBUFC thing? Is that still happening? Doesn't appeal to me and I'm curious as to who would be interested.

Doog, sorry to backtrack a few threads but although we have to accept you beat us (Bradwell)at our place and all due respect for that but you were pretty awful in the first half in that game and if we had a fit forward we would have gone in 4 or 5 up and it would have been a different result. I dont mean to be disrespectful but I can see how you got beaten by Brache as we should have buried you. No doubt you will disagree but thats my opinion.

MK James - I've absolutely no idea, my understanding was that it was Biggleswade United's original idea until Ebbsfleet nicked it off them and ran with it but I may be wrong.

Oh sod this for a game of soldiers. Why's everyone trying to form internet based clubs, I bet none of 'em bother turning up at games when it's pissing down with rain or a bit too chilly to leave the playstation for a couple of hours.

Right, I've 'ad enough. Here's the idea......myARSEFC.

Get about 3000 half-wits who can't be bothered to get off their fat arses to go to a game to send me about 25 notes each (paypal accepted) and tell 'em they can vote on the hot-dog/burger price structuring. These people obviously don't have the faintest interest in football so that should be enough to gain their attention.

So there you have it, I've even done the slogan....myARSEFC, Let's Talk Endlessly About How A Club Should Be Run But Never Actually Go To A Match.

Well, I'll be honest, the slogan may need some work.

Up myARSEFC, and Up Yours crazy

Harry - I do disagree. We were poor in the first half but i fail to see how you can say you should have ben 4 up?i dont recall many clear cut chances?
your number 8 is quality, the skinhead up front good too but we were on top in the second half and he played for most of it in our half.
And your number 2 had more contact with our players shins than the ball......
