Special1 - So would you talk to the local press the week before arguably the biggest game in your Club's history and tell them that your entire central defence would be missing and that you were going to bring untried youth players in who were still wet behind the ears, St Neots Town would be rubbing their hands on reading that.

I don't think the Manager is clever enough for that, Kentish Town only really started to go places when Clement Temile came onto the scene at the start of the 2006/2007 campaign and when Hector Varela arrived at the start of last season that was the icing on the cake. In 2004/2005 and 2005/2006 the Club had finished mid table following uninspiring seasons and could only finish 10th in Division 2 in 2003/2004 when they were fortunate to be promoted on the back of the groundshare with Haringey Borough which later ended in tears, literally, when 'Sugar' dispicably frogmarched nine and ten year old kids off the premises.

PB - Well that's right as Kentish Town's groundsare at Potter Bar Town in 2005/2006 also ended in tears thanks mainly to Football Man when he was the Secretary at Parkfield, he was a thorn in the Club's side and made life a misery for them even saying in a dictatorial fashion that they couldn't enter the FA Vase.

They have a good team and are favorites to win, although they mustn't make the mistake of underestimating us or else.
We're not going there as no-hopers. We have a good blend of youth and experience, and we showed our class in a few games so far.
Everybody can be beaten but we and our positive thinking coach keep us together and believe that our mentality is very strong as we are only thinking about three points.

I thought this was a cup game. Nobody must have notfied you KTreserves. In response to your earlier comment KTFC will stay in the league probably mid table but no chance of winning the league. But staying mid table is a great season for KTFC.

Rhodes, when were KTFC formed and when they started going places was that down to the people mentioned the commitee involved or the players that played at that time. And are they now in such decline that those that are no longer there were the driving force.

Lastly if the gentleman you mention are so good do they not have ambition, I hear the Leyton job is up for grabs and it is only a short trip.
