What's the general consensus now the squad is complete?

Very good at the moment we have a very strong squad of players, pretty much 2 players for every position.

I'm more than happy with our squad. Most of the main players are still here, and been bolstered with some very good signings. The fact that most of them will be playing for at least the second year together can only help with our consistency going into the new season.

Really happy with the squad we have got. I do feel that we can make the playoffs with this squad. And as Stu said with most of the squad playing for another year with each other can only be a huge plus.

I think that might prove to be our weakness over the season - we have no obvious reserves for central midfield other than players who can fill-in.

I would be happier if you could pick up someone before the transfer window closes.

I dont think we need another midfielder, stacy long can play centre midfield if one of them get injured and someone like purcell could play left midfield

I'm pretty sure this was on the website, but Ibe played for Canvey didn't he? Just I seem to recall watching a Nike DVD where a player who played for Canvey (I'm pretty sure it was Ibe) came second in the British Panna KO tournament. Panna KO is basically a version of street football where, if you nutmeg your opponent, you automatically win the match.

So thats the four starters plus George to cover, after that we are down to one genuine midfielder who hasn't kicked a ball for a year and a couple of defenders who might fill in in an emergency.
If Stone gets injured which of those named do you think could replace him?
