Tonight s game vs Thurrock

After a slow start we settled down and in the end could've run up a cricket score. The 2 goals in the first half were pure quality, and Lucky's hat-trick in the 2nd is what he is all about. David Lee is awesome and I cant wait for the season to start!

 

And what about the flag happy lino who wanted to gain all the attention for himself!!!

Took a while to get going due to us playing very deep with one up front. Scoring two goals with only one up front was quite impressive though, but when we reverted to 3-5-2 with Lucky and Antoine up front everything clicked into place and we played the sexiest football I'd seen in a long while.

 

Dobbo and David Lee played some great stuff in he middle, Leon (Gordon) was quality down the right and the strike duo that started the second half were just fluid. Good to see that Mustafa CAN play on both sides as well.

 

Thought the defence that started the match was rock solid and a shame we conceded in the final minutes. Gonna be interesting to see who starts in those back four positions againt Horsham, (I know Oliva is banned).

 

Fanibuyan was quality as always, but I hope he isn't the man who has to make way everytime we change formation.
