My money is on Gregory and Stubbs-seeing as they have featured in most of the pre-season games.

For me-cram the midfield with 'proper midfield battlers-give Peters a 'free role'.

 

Dont go with wide midfield players-rarely get the ball,rarely beat a man,crosses are usually poor,and even good crosses need a top notch player to benefit from them.

That is not a crticism of the players who play in wide midfield-its a simple fact/statistic of football at this level at any club

Am (sort of) afraid I'm on hols on Sunday so that will be it from me until the Hendon game when I'm back, batteries re-charged and ready to grab mic and headphones. (Not you MM)

 

But in the first couple of weeks of the season, I wan't to get round to all the main figures at the club for their perspective so watch this space.

(confession time-i watched the highlights of Dover v Gillingham on their video service and Dover did look pretty good-different class to us at moment i am afraid )

As far as I know we will still be leading the way in live match commentary though Having said that I think Maidstone and Tonbridge are looking at introducing their own live commentary services.

 

Actually, Dover's video highlights service is very good.

If Steve is taking over on Sunday in the P.A. box Wellsie can it made sure that its actually working. Was awful last time with NOTHING being able to be mentioned all game. Not even winning numbers etc.
