Does anyone know the tie up with MYFC & EA Sports , or is it just they pay for advertising space on website ?

I asked a similar question before - I just wanted to know how much they had stumped up to be associated with MyFC/EUFC.

 

No-one was able to provide an answer though

Yeah, we haven't had those details either. We still don't know whether they sponsor MyFC, and thus the club, or whether they sponsor the operator and the website. Given that they're on the back of the shirt, I assume (hope) the club's getting some of it.

All the money from EA Sports indicated at the launch was for investment in the club. I do not know if the 'operator' is receiving extra money for the advertising on the website (but I suspect not). Given the way the accounts have been produced so far, I now think that the EA money will be included in the general income from sponsorship and will not be itemised individually (as is also the case with Eurostar).

Dom, I hope that's right. If so, it's good to hear and I hope they continue. I feel bad they knocked Seacon off the shirt mid season, but I don't know what any of those agreements involved.

Highly doubt it that The Fleet will be in it. Not saying that it wouldn't be nice though if they where.
