Away v Concord Rangers

Home v Leyton

 

Any info on these sides?

I have had to remark on this to SL before. "Over" is an invitation to respond. "out" is closure of radio communication.

 

You cannot, therefore, use the phrase "over and out".

Went to Canberra yesterday to watch the Sydney Swans get belted by my team, the Western Bulldogs (currently 3rd with 5 rounds to go but unlikely to knock off Geelong for The Flag).

All 3 of us play golf so before the game we went to a big driving range/Pitc & Putt/Golf Shop complex about 5km from the ground.

Got a bucket of balls each and half way through a bucket this 45ish guy with a foreign accent(Mancunian I'm thinking)tells my mate to stop talking so much as he is ruining his concentration.

My mate accedes for the sake of international diplomacy...OLympic Year and all that.

Other mate decides to trial a new Driver..cheating one with built in Draw...the Complex based Pro comes out to watch his swing..starts to advise him on his outside-in swing problem.

Same 45ish guy complains to the Pro who replies.."Its not a F***in' library..piss off!"

Best bit of customer care I've seen in a long time.
