Which is correct as i will be rushing there....

bit of a battle in the first half in intense heat, bedfont make 10 changes at half time, slough go on to win the game 2-0, a good work out for both teams, good luck for the season.

Subs: Karl Jeffrey (from youths), Leon Braithwaite, Laurence Brown, Jamie Jackson, Tom Attrell, Tom Windsor (all used).

 

Scorers: Windsor (most likely) and Jordan.

Best player tonight for me was Fenton. Looked quality alongside Peirson pretty much winning the ball everytime he went for it. Worst Dickens, just seems lazy on the pitch especially when moved to right wing.

 

Thought Braithwaite could be useful on the right wing when he came on, showed up what was missing on that right hand side when as he stretched their defence, provided width and made some good runs.

 

Back 4 looked pretty solid tonight and good to see Jacko in goal who I think has a far better presence about him than Beams - he talks to his defence and the is loud enough to be heard at all times!

 

My only concern is that we seem to be playing pretty much down the left wing and we could quit easily get found out if that continues, also Jordan really needs a proper strike partner. Any idea when Platt will be back?

1/2 was pretty poor. They had one disallowed for somwthing (Offside?)The first was a flick from Tom Wi9ndsor that i think hit a defender and went in. Danny jordan got the second. We looked a lot better in the second half in my opinion. I thought Tommy Attrell looked very good when he came on today, but have to agree with Tom Fenton looks quality,

I agree the first half was poor although pritchard had a cracking shot in the first minute which their keeper did well to stop.

Thought beames was more commanding in the box and jacko is definately more vocal, i think we are lucky to have two good keepers now.Good to see the youngsters on,

and attrell looks great on the left wing, can only see him getting better and better.

Disapointed there was no programme especially charging

Good to hear Fenton may be the answer to the centreback issue. Still think a right-winger is a must before the season is on us...
