Happy to be the first to shove my head in the noose Mick.

 

Finish: Top 4 minimum, should be aiming to win the division. Much will depend on how quickly the new squad gels together.

Biggest threats: Ware (especially if they improve on last season), Aveley, Waltham Abbey (both have made good signings) and Northwood.

ETFC's greatest strength: depth of squad, more power and pace than last season

ETFC's greatest threat: their own complacency, though this won't come from the management side

Player to watch: Gazmend Dauti

Finish: Top 3, totally agree..should win the division but ill take playoffs.

Biggest Threats: Aveley, Cheshunt and East Thurrock

ETFC Greatest Strength: Good crowd, a team with more ability than last season.

ETFC Greatest Threat: There is no threat if the side remain focused and set themselves a target.

Player to watch: Mitch Hahn

Finish - MUST aim to win it - but top 3.

Biggest threat - At this stage who knows - Northwood appear to have made some good signings ( we will find out 2nd game ) and Chatham, Ware and surprise pack - Concord.

Strengths - Great squad - how soon can they start to play together.Historically our away form.

Threats - Historically our home form ( must improve ).

Players to watch - Dauti and Hammond

1st Player off - Mr Tickner or Mr Jones.

Finish-Like the others must aim to win the league but would take a play off spot today.

Watch out for Concord, already a good side that will add one or two signings to a well oiled machine, Cheshunt and East Thurrock are potential threats.

Biggest threat-our disciplinary record to surface in a negative way.

First player to be sent off-We could have a sweep stake here as the main culprits are still on board although very talented as well.

Players to watch-Ricci Crace to score goals if he remains in good fitness, D Basian to excell even further with better team mates around him.

ETFC's greatest threat: expectation and injuries

Player to watch: Ricci Crace with better players like Jeff Hammond and Gazmend Dauti working with him I reckon Ricci will step up a gear this year.

Only a gut feeling. Whenever a sudden departure occurs it is from not seeing eye to eye with the new guvnor. Could be about discipline or his nose has been put out of joint by new arrivals.
