I suspect Michael Power will be beyond our financial reach-i think also trialling at Wimbledon.

Given that, i though as a 'pair' Taylor and Pratt combined looked as threatening as anyone-i wonder if they may get a run ouit tonight ?

For anybody waiting up...

Won 2-1, opened scoring through Lloyd Blackman (I think it was him again), E&B levelled with pen - 1-1 at half time. James Gregory won it with a looping header at the death.

Line-up...

GK Scott Chalmers-Stevens

RB ? Chumba ? (subd Roberto Corbishley h-t)

LB James Gregory

CB Pat Sappleton (subd Dan Young h-t)

CB Louis Smith (subd same trialist c-b from Sat - Gary?)

RM Dan Stubbs

LM Aaron Quain (subd h-t Justin Roach)

CM Wayne Wilson (capt)

CM Tom Hickman (subd 2nd Jay Peak)

ST Lloyd Blackman (I think - subd 2nd Luke Coleman)

ST Michael Power (subd h-t Kenny Pratt)

Not many from Margate there and counted 105 total in ground.

Another learning curve tonight for BA to see what the players are capable of. Kenny I think is playing himself into 1st team squad and with the right coaching will be a massive asset for us. Spoke briefly to Pat and he said he really enjoyed playing with Louis again.

Just 1 word of advice. to anyone who decides to place themselves near BA during the match WEAR EAR PLUGS.

Seems a bit more quality out there tonight.

Just would be so goood to see them signed up !!

Seems that Morris is not part of the set up these days.

Poor Wayne Wilson-seems to have to play 90 mins every game-hopefully not burnt out/injured before season starts !!

It appears that the first team squad may be taking shape. Glad to see Sappleton in the squad and he would surely be a fantastic signing if we get him. One question though, where's Peters?

Well I'm sure the manager knows how much quality Ryan Peters possesses and just wanted to look at the other strikers instead.
