Played some really good football today against a poor hemel side. Certainly very positive for the coming season. In hot conditions i was also impressed at the fitness which is something we know scottie has been working hard on.

I agree a good game and quite a good turn out! I bothered to be a count (I know, makes me a spotter) I counted 100+. Two good goals also, a bit of a cheeky second goal!

Good to see the Hemel Hempstead keeper had a good sense of humour. Speaking of keepers, what are the opinions of the WEFC keepers that have played the last couple of games?

Well there has been plenty!!!

 

Not really had to see alot of them during play so i can't comment one way or the other! I hope by the Maidenhead game Scotty will have got his number 1 sorted.

 

Agree that the Hemel keeper was top notch banterwise and i thought he played well too.

Really great performance.

Fitness levels were looking good.

Could still do with one or 2 players but apart from that I am really looking forward to this season.

 

I wonder if we will see that Hemel keeper playing in goal for us on Thurday or Saturday? Everyone else has
