BTFC 3 Dulwich 3

Excellent game considering the heat although with so many changes we were very disjointed in second half. Some positives though, I thought Regis up front showed some excellent touches and a cracking goal. Tim Cole and Ashley Dumas are both looking to be excellent signings.

On a different note, Billericay seem to be getting little or no coverage in the Non League Paper - very disappointed that we have had no match reports and today is the first time any of our forthcoming friendlies have been listed.

Yeah, I sent them the fixtures this week when I noticed last week they were missing.

Press officer anyone?? I'm sure Simon would appreciate the help.

The coverage of the NLP is completely hit and miss when it comes to pre-season, last season they requested reports from certain games (but didn't publish one of them which was a bit annoying given that I'd had to hurry away from a nice cold pint to write the damn thing!), this year I've heard nothing from them on pre-season - same as last year for league reports though (they've improved on last year by emailing the requirements, last time they posted them with insufficient postage!).

Solomon Henry (I'm sure it's that way round) did pretty well for us in a holding midfield role. It's a different Frankis, presumably sibling of, unless there's been some drastic action on Gianni's barnet of late. "Luka" got a run out in midfield also but didn't really feature (imo).

Wareham played LB in the second half and Wayne played the last 20 at RB. I think between these two and Marron we have adequate cover at full back now should it be required. I don't think centre back works for Shavesy, I'd quite like to see us bring in a young CB if we can, he'd learn tons from Cole and Heffer.

I agree Manambu played well and showed a couple of nice touches but it's hard to see how he'll get a game ahead of Flackie and Bricknell. I'm still waiting for the big bloke who holds it up....There was one suspect in the bar on Saturday!!!

Another good run-out for the lads but the amount of injuries we seem to be carrying already is a bit of a worry.

These are guesses Simes so I stand to be corrected but it was something like:

HT Off Hunter (I think)- (Langton from RB to CM) - On Edwards (RB - A 16 year old who played for 1/2 hr and did very well) - Off Edwards - On Semanshia (around 70/75 mins)

HT Off Dumas - On Wareham (LB) - That's definitely right

HT Off Shave (I think)- On Macca (CB) - Macca was captain

HT Off Cole - On Heffer

65 mins? Off - Henry - On Frankis

HT Off Flack - On BWG - that's a deinite

Later on Off Manambu? - On Mbala - I might have imagined that one

I think that's open to more correction than Max Moseley tho (allegedly)

Really?...Well, it must be right, then. I'll get you to [****!!****] read the players names out from twitter before the game, then?

Or, there could be a chance that you (perish the thought) or Twitter could be wrong!!!!! (no disrespect to Twitter).

Taken from the NEW Billericay Town Website: The team for Thursday's game against Southend

Worster, McSweeney, Dumas, Heffer, Cole (Mbala), Shave, Marron (Trott), Hunter, Woods-Garness, Ferguson, Wareham
Subs not used: Graham, Manambu, Bagiest, Langton

Man of the match: Ronnie Worster

Can't see any Russian names there? Can you?
