The above post says there is an application form on the MISA page, but unless I'm missing something cannot find it. Is there any news on when it is planned to start. We need more info please, when do cheques need to be in, are you planning to allow direct debits. I do not want to send a cheque if it is hanging around unpaid for any amount of time.
