Was very impressed with Ball. Far better playing down the middle than out on the right, as he was against Concord, imo. Could be a decent strike partnership with Parker.

Bit of a wake up call and reality check. I know it was a pre-season game - it was only their second game and they put out a totally different side in the second half. We were out played in every department - we were slow - passing poor and just not up for it. Only in the last 10 minutes when we got our goal did we look dangerous. I felt there was no leader in the side.

 

Hopefully just a blip and we will now be back on course.
