Has the American Revolution started on lower league English football? Are we soon to take on periods as apposed to halves and employ a sin bin as the beautiful British game turns yank?

pre-season games are pretty much training games and also to have a look at new players etc so i can see the benfit of it!

 

However it would of been nice to be warned about it. Some people missed the early kick off and to be honest after the 3rd quarter a few of us decided to head down the pub!!

Ive heard of 3 thirty minutes sessions in friendlies but never

quarters, hopefully we will resist the americanisation of

association football and life in general, but alas we seem to be sleepwalking into it
