Introduction

PC welcomed the attendees and introduced the Board members present.

David Davis also introduced himself as the new football club CEO but was in attendance today primarily in his capacity as a Member of the Society.

It was explained that although proposals might be voted on today they would only be an indication of the views of those present and would not be binding. All proposals, whether those already tabled or raised from the floor today would be put recorded in the minutes and then established as threads on the MyFC web site for full discussion by members. Subsequent to this process any necessary votes would be conducted.

1. Presentation of Draft Accounts

Hard copies of the draft Society Accounts were circulated to attendees at the meeting.

PC explained that this draft version had not been received by him until 15:45 on Friday afternoon.

There had been delays in producing the accounts due to some issues. The advice he had been given by the auditors was not to publish the accounts on the web site until a full audited set was available.

He explained that the accounts had been brought into line with the football club
