I reckon Long could lay on some decent balls for Gash.

I think Gash, Effe and Akinde up front would be excellent next season, meaning we wouldnt need to replace McPhee who kinda played this position anyways?

He played right midfield - Shakes will play there I imagine - or possibly Moore.

 

It will be Akinde plus one more up front - maybe Echanomi or Gash - obviously with both Nade and Chukki going they both need replacing so both of these new players could sign.

The only regret I have for Thursday's game is that Akinde didn't get to play. It would have been nice for him to score a couple and boost that confidence.

 

If we were to sign Echanomi and/or Gash, it might be a good pairing, but I'm sure Liam's got his eyes on a few players currently on trial at league clubs, too.
